Yeah.

On second thought, wow! Our little Aberystwyth Cinema managed to show IronMan as soon as it comes out? Usually it's always a month behind - at the very least.

I'll go watch it, but I don't know what to expect. We had so many comic adaptations lately, some good, some bad, this may turn out one way or the other. We'll see.

Saw it, and it's only the 30th

Spolier alert !!!

Love the movie, funny(sometimes), action packed and a story i can follow

The Mk I...really REALLY looks like a tin can. Good thing it has flamethrowers, too bad about it's jets though.
And tony trying out Mk II's jets at 10%...and he does a backflip. Into a wall.
While the gold and red one is amazing...killing 4 enemies behind human shield, they never thought they would be hit...
Did i mention the missle launchers?

Though it does have cliches. Such as a secondary villan being bought back, to get killed.
And the main villan leaving the hero to die slowly, but he's saved by something done at the start of the film.

I think that's all my mind can come up with.

Just saw this a few hours ago. Two thumbs up, definitely. Funny, action-y, and Super Fighting Robots.

Though I'm personally unfamiliar with the Iron Man source material, apparently there are a few small changes, but overall true to the key elements. Robert Downey Jr. is just pure awesome, he really brings Stark's personality to life. As one of the guys I saw the movie with kept shouting to his friends afterwards: "It was awesome! He was a total dick! It was perfect!" The CG and fight scenes are great, lots of funny moments (many with Stark trying to get the jets working properly), and general good acting.

And be sure to stay through the end of the credits to get your dose of Samuel Muthafuckin' Jackson.

Probably the BEST superhero movie I've ever seen.

I'm probably gonna go see it again.  Stark is a character with an edge.  And it was nice to see him developed and well-rounded throughout. Cheesy
