spa: Microbiology experiment of growing E. coli on an agar dish by the streak-plate method has been a great success (meaning, there is individual colonies on it)

Um, growing E. coli is not that difficult.  The bacteria is everywhere.  The only problem is when it's in your food, otherwise it's no big deal.  Now if he was breeding drug-resistant staph, then I'd be worried ...

spa:  I am writing silly couplets for English class.  I fully expect to get credit for an assignment in which I give out bad fashion advice in rhyming verse.

E.coli also smells funny. or at least the stuff I dealt with.


spa: i wrote 400 words last night!!! big achievement since i can't stay put for more than minutes at a time (including doing hw) will get a profile tonight if all goes well and write another 400 - 500 (not setting my hopes high; writing nowadays is a very slooow process.)

Guess i should clarify.
1) just a test of technique i guess, just took some from the plate given and spread it
2) E. coli isn't that dangerous (i guess)
3) chemical and life science 1st year polytechnic module practical
4) Doubt school would allow that Silverain >_
spa: weekend at last, but not before taking a test where i forgot to study one chapter -_-''

spa: No more three in the morning with The King. I need some booklearnins. Well, they've got me until three in the morning on Fridays and Saturdays if they want. It's all 2:30pm-10:30pm and fours to midnight. I get to be lazy like all the other midshift people.
