If you are inclined you can change the color of the board to a dark gray layout.  It is much easier on the eyes for many people, although color type doesn't stand out too well...

Here's how:

1.  Click on your "profile" button

2.  Over on the left hand side select "Look and Layout Preferences"

3.  Where it says "Current Theme" there will be (change)

4.  Click on "change" and scroll to the last entry which is called "MoonRaker"

5.  There are two button to the right that all you to select to use that theme or preview it to see how it looks first

dear everyone: MOONRAKER THEME ROCKS.

also the colors not standing out well is very true. Especially green, navy, purple and teal, so just keep that in mind.

Thanks.  Haven't really played around with it before.  This is much easier on my eyes.



*Edit:
The Green is a little dark to read on this setting, but I have been using is too long - it makes it easy to identify my posts by scanning, so I am keeping it.
Besides, I need to maintain the green in the Emerald City if I want to remain the "Great and Powerful Oz", as my title suggests.

Nonsense, just pass a law requiring all citizens to wear green sunglasses, like the wizard did.  That'll make 'em think they're staring at emeralds, the gullible bas.... erm, I mean, dear citizens.  >D

And I can paint the horses with lime jello.... (which is how they got them green)
