Hehe we went to the Scarborough Faire today. SO fun in the snow, everyone was cheerful (if chilly) and a huge happy line for warm drinks.
Very enjoyable, I prefer chilly to hot myself! I dislike being hot =p

So that's what happened.
Last night, after an extra two blankets and cuddling so that my sweetie and I were closer than we should be allowed to be, we finally turned on the heat. It's HOUSTON for love of the gods!
And, about 3am, I could hear hail on the windows. Pretty impressive cold.

I woke up frozen stiff because it wasn't deamed cold enough for the heater. IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS COLD IN SOUTH, COASTAL TEXAS ON EASTER.

It's difficult, but I've learned to live with it..
seriously though, the military stuck me in Alaska for 3 1/2 years; I NEVER want to be cold again.... bring on global warming.

Sorry guys, my bad! Every time my mom and I go up north to visit relatives, hell freezes over and there's a cold snap. So uh... y'know, if I mention family anytime this summer, STOP ME.

Oh come on. It's Texas. There must have been less than a centimetre. xD
We don't put our coats away till July.

In Reno? I wouldn't have thought it. *USA noob*
I think my cousin was telling me that it snowed once (barely dusting the ground) and school was cancelled. She was in North Carolina at the time, I believe.
BAH. Forty below, and nothing's cancelled. And our car heating died that day. xD
Warm blankets + fireplace + hot chocolate = WIN.

you fool! 30 F weather is DANGEROUS. Everyone is advised to stay indoors on those days!!
And I only wish school got cancelled for cold weather. The ice was a totally different story: Texans don't know how to drive on ice. THAT'S dangerous XD
