Well, what can I say.
Guests were great, at least the ones that showed.  Wish they would have told us that had some cancels.
Attendance wasnt where it should have been.  Alot of miss-communication on pre-regs and est attendance.
They did have radio but felt that location and lack of pre-promotion locally hurt.
Attitude of promoters hurt, never bitch your dealers about anything even if you are losing money. You have to remember they paid to be there.
Activities, not enough at the hotel, too many off hotel items.
The hotel was nice but no resturant was a factor for many of the guests and lack of onsite activities.
Dealer-with the attendance we estimated, we did ok, but breaking even isnt good enough.
We did meet alot of great people and great guests.
