FREE MINI COMIC DAY
« on: January 21, 2007, 02:20:35 AM »

Hi. We're inviting everyone here to take part in Free Mini Comic Day. This will be a large scale independent project, both online and off. The date is set for May 5, 2007, which is the same date as this year's Free Comic Book Day. We're really looking for a lot of comic talent to take part in this. For more info see http://www.freeminicomicday.com

The site was under construction when I went to it.

I can't seem to tell if this means free publishing. At least, for this event.

I'm cool with supporting it and all, but I can't tell if it's going to cost me an arm and a leg to give out a free product. Normally I'd love to, but not when I've seen the kinda prices that printers have.

The minimum accepted amount of copies per comic is 25. The maximum amount is 75. Send no more or less than that.

Looks like no, its free for the customers not the comikers.

Sounds like me spending a lot of money for advertising someone else's event and giving away product that I paid for.

....I'll pass.
